Citizenship and Immigration Canada (CIC) should extend this approach to other forums. Express entry applications are another excellent example of the change occurring within CIC. I believe that this is a great way of ensuring that important documents will not be lost in the process, as they have in the past. Furthermore, accepting these applications online may also lead to faster processing times thereby increasing efficiency. I have had the opportunity to complete an express entry application for a client over the summer and it is a very secure system that is easy to use.
